originally had a flat front with no porch cover. Advanced
Renovations was able to design and build this stunning front
porch that incorporates stone, tile, wood, and lattice
surrounds. This porch will see its owners enjoying many

Room Conversion
An Upstate homeowner
wanted to convert this traditional screen room into a
sunroom that could be enjoyed year-round. Advanced
Renovations took what was once a dated screen room that
was
only used in spring and summer, and turned it into a
beautiful living space that is now used year-round. Not only did the conversion allow them to use this
space all year, it added conditioned square footage to
the home, which is always a good thing
when it comes to resale. |

Entrance
Like many homes in the Greenville area, this home was built
with a front porch and no cover. Because this leads to door
weathering and rotting due to exposure, the homeowner wanted
a covered porch. Advanced Renovations was chosen to complete
the project; and as you can see, it turned out beautifully.
Not only did we build the new porch cover, but we also
replaced the door that had been damaged due to weather
exposure. Now the homeowner can rest assured that this entry
will be dry and functional for years to come. |

Owners of
this Greer, SC home hired Advanced Renovations to give their
dark, 1980s kitchen a facelift. We
worked with the owners' kitchen designer to coordinate and
install cabinetry, hardware, countertops, flooring,
sheetrock, lighting, appliances, and plumbing. At the end of
the project, the homeowners had a kitchen of which they were
especially proud. |

This was an add-on screen room of about 500 square feet. The
homeowner contracted with Advanced Renovations to build this
addition, and it was a project that the homeowner will enjoy
for many years to come. Now the backyard of this property
can be enjoyed in a bug-free setting, large enough for
family gatherings and entertaining friends as well. |

construction that you see here. The homeowner was very
pleased with the outcome, and his new maintenance-free deck

brand new home in Easley contracted Advanced Renovations to
install a new, pre-finished hardwood floor at the final
phase of construction. It turned out to be a beautiful floor
that really accented the rest of the home. Installation was
done over a 3-day period, and the homeowners were ecstatic
over the finished project. |
